I have just completed the epilogue to my new novel, In Search of Lost Girls. That doesn’t mean the draft is complete. Another five chapters of the fifty-two chapters remain to be written. But as with Boy & Girl, of which this is the sequel, the end came before its time as a goal to work towards.
The end of this book is very different from that of Boy & Girl. The epilogue brings all the threads together and opens new vistas, but I wanted to be sure the characters wouldn’t catch me out a second time and force me (with a great deal of pleasure) to write a third book to the series. Don’t get alarmed. Nothing untoward happened, well not exactly. You’ll see when you read it.
So excited! Now go write those chapters!
Glad you’re not my task master, Ginger. But yes, I am writing…
